Sandy Koslowski

Sandy Koslowski has been in the fitness profession for over 20 years and is certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). She started as a Group Fitness Instructor and then moved on to Personal Training. She has trained both men and women of all age groups including women during pregnancy. “ I am very comfortable with all genders, ages and/or special needs. The courses I take, to keep up on my certifications, include post-rehab, special populations and chronic diseases.”

Sandy’s style of training is working toward “Functional Strength”. She uses more free weights, bands, stability balls, BOSU, and steps. “ I tend to incorporate cardio work within a workout, in a sort of circuit/interval training hybrid.”
